DELIVERY IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE

• All orders placed on our website are processed within two working days. The delivery time is estimated between 48h and 72h. Deliveries are taken care of by Mondiale Relay.
• You have the choice of pick-up points with Mondiale Relay :

  – You can select pick-up point for 5.90 €: the shipping costs for the orders of 59 € and more is free of charge.

DELIVERY IN BELGIUM

• All orders placed on our website are processed within two working days. The delivery time is estimated between 48h and 72h. Deliveries are taken care of by Mondiale Relay or bpost.
• You have the choice of delivery with Mondiale Relay :

  – You can select pick-up point for 3.75 € : the shipping costs of the orders of 39 € and more is free of charge.

  – You can select home delivery for 5 € : the shipping costs of the orders of 50 € and more is free of charge.

• You have the choice of delivery with bpost :

  – You can select home delivery for 5.7 euros : the shipping costs of the orders of 59 € and more is free of charge.

FREE HOME DELIVERY BY APPOINTMENT (BRUXELLES, STROMBEEK-BEVER, GRIMBERGEN, VILVOORDE, WEMMEL, MEISE)

• All orders placed on our website are processed within two working days. The delivery time is estimated between 48h and 72h. Deliveries are taken care of by our driver, possibly during the weekend. We will contact you by phone to find an agreed time for delivery.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY (NETHERLANDS, LUXEMBOURG, GERMANY)

– All orders placed on our website are processed within two working days and sent to Mondiale Relay. The delivery time is estimated between 3 and 5 days.

– Home delivery is offered at at 7€ for the Netherlands and at 9.5 € for Luxembourg and Germany.

– Any order over 120 € of purchase is free!

RETURN

You are within the legal withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the order and you wish to return your order to us?

– First you need to be sure that the cosmetics you are returning to us are intact and have not been opened, contact our customer service then you will receive the return slip.
